Manure & Co digestion

Nijhuis Water Technology has a specialized division, Thecogas Biogas, who supplies manure & co digestion systems, where under anaerobic circumstances agriculture wastes are transferred into biogas, heat, energy and fertilizer. The feed into the process could consist of:

• Manure of animals
• Agriculture & Food factory wastes
• Co Substrates, like maize, corn, grass and sugar beets 

Depending on the raw materials Nijhuis Water Technology will select the optimal system.This system can include the following steps: raw material preparation, balancing, mixing, digestion, biogas conditioning, biogas usage and digested solids processing and digestate treatment.
